The aim of the course is to work out the systematic attitude towards the organizational change management, rediness and ability of an organization to change, methods of change.

l) Analyse the effectiveness of organizational communications;
m) Explain the purpose and corelation of internal elements of communication;
n) Analyse influence of external factors on organizational changes;
o) Analyse the role of an employee in organization.
The major competence which is to be gained by the students is to undestand the inevitability of constant change in an organization due to turbulance in the world and to manage organizational changes.
