This
course is designed for business and accounting students. The course addresses
the budgeting definition and process
of budget preparation. The course will further address the basic techniques of
capital budgeting, using different applications such as an expansion project or
a replacement one. Estimating the cash in and outflows, analyzing the risk,
and the capital structure.
The aim of the course is to work out the systematic attitude towards the organizational change management, rediness and ability of an organization to change, methods of change.
